The Vibe Marketer ("we," "us," "our") operates thevibemarketer.com and ads.thevibemarketer.com. We provide marketing education, a community platform, a skills marketplace, and an AI-powered ad creative generation service called Daily Ads.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (or authentication credentials if you sign in via Google). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store your full credit card number.

Brand Data (Daily Ads)

If you use Daily Ads, you provide a brand URL and optional reference images. We analyze your website content to extract brand profile information (colors, voice, positioning). This data is stored securely and used solely to generate ad creatives for your account.

Usage Data

We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, feedback signals (thumbs up/down on generated ads), and device/browser information. This helps us improve the product and personalize your ad generation over time.

Community & Marketplace

If you participate in our community or purchase skills from the marketplace, we collect the information you share in discussions and your transaction history.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our services (Daily Ads generation, community access, skills delivery)
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To personalize your ad generation based on your feedback and preferences
  • To analyze competitor landscapes for your brand (Growth and Agency plans)
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, daily ad notifications, billing receipts)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered ad concept generation and brand analysis
  • Google (Gemini) — AI image generation for ad creatives
  • Firecrawl — Website content extraction for brand analysis and competitor research
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery
  • Sentry — Error monitoring and performance tracking
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Google OAuth — Optional sign-in authentication

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

AI-Generated Content

Daily Ads uses AI models to generate ad concepts and images based on your brand profile. Your brand data (URL content, visual style, voice profile) is sent to AI providers (Anthropic and Google) to generate personalized content. These providers process data according to their respective privacy and data handling policies. We do not use your brand data to train AI models.

Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • Generated ad creatives and concepts are retained for the life of your account
  • Competitor intelligence data expires and is refreshed on a rolling 7-day cycle
  • Feedback and preference data is retained to improve your ad generation
  • If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your brand profiles and generated content
  • Opt out of non-essential emails

Cookies
